I am a certified Yoga & Pilates instructor and have been teaching fitness classes since 2008. All of my observations of my students plus continuous training myself, I know what works to get the results you want whether it's to be stronger and leaner or to fly into crow pose.
My mission is to bring health and wellness to your life. Yoga & Pilates doesn't have to be complicated and fitness doesn't have to "hit it hard." This practice is meant to be a lifelong practice for balance and strength in the body and the mind.
We will move, stretch, and breathe. Your muscles may burn, and you may sweat a little. Over time, you will see changes, and these changes will not only be external but internal as well.
